Exchange & Return Policy
At Toppy, customer satisfaction is our priority. We provide a clear exchange policy in accordance with Consumer Protection Law.
Exchange Period

Exchange requests are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

Be in its original condition.

Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

Include the original packaging, tags, and all accessories (if applicable).

Pass inspection before approval of the exchange request.
Non-Exchange / Non-Return Cases
Exchange or return requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

The product has been used or washed.

The product is damaged due to misuse.

More than 24 hours have passed since order delivery.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If the product has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item was sent:

The product will be exchanged at no additional cost.

All shipping costs will be covered by Toppy.
Shipping Fees

In exchange cases without defects, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

In case of an error on our part, we cover all shipping costs.
Refund Method

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the product is received and inspected.
