Exchange & Return Policy

At Toppy, customer satisfaction is our priority. We provide a clear exchange policy in accordance with Consumer Protection Law.

Exchange Period

  • Exchange requests are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Include the original packaging, tags, and all accessories (if applicable).

  • Pass inspection before approval of the exchange request.

Non-Exchange / Non-Return Cases

Exchange or return requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used or washed.

  • The product is damaged due to misuse.

  • More than 24 hours have passed since order delivery.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If the product has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item was sent:

  • The product will be exchanged at no additional cost.

  • All shipping costs will be covered by Toppy.

Shipping Fees

  • In exchange cases without defects, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

  • In case of an error on our part, we cover all shipping costs.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the product is received and inspected.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us via direct messages within the specified period.

  • Provide a clear photo of the product and the order number.
